I have extensive experience in designing all kinds of printed materials for training, marketing and product instructions.
User Guides for Hotel Room Technology

These small grey "tent" cards were ubiquitous in many hotels across Australia that used the Freedom internet service provided by interTouch. As well as desigining the layout in Adobe Illustrator, I managed printing, inventory and distribution for many thousands of these cards when I worked with interTouch.

I worked with NTT docomo's international team to create these multilingual user guides for their wired hotel broadband service. Like the tent cards, I managed production and distribution of these guides for several years.

I managed several in-room entertainment services for hotels and hospitals during my time with interTouch, and each month I created different movie guides and instruction cards for each of these products.

With multiple content tiers offered across more than a hundred hotels, it was essential to streamline the monthly update process as interTouch continued to grow. Over a ten-year period I designed and implemented automated processes that reduced our monthly turnaround time from two weeks to two days on average. For example, I designed a system to export customised PDF movie guides for different hotel chains that would automatically import and select movie lineups from our in-house content management system, as shown above.

I designed these promotional posters for the ACMS in February 2024, and have continued to create new designs on a regular basis.
